Most recently, as HR Director for the Chubb France network (Carrier), she was a member of the executive committee and led the HR function for two major business lines—fire detection and fire suppression—representing nearly 3,000 employees across 60 sites. In this role, she delivered major transformation projects, including operational and HR reorganizations, the post-acquisition integration of 300 employees, the management of sensitive social contexts, and negotiations with employee representatives.
Previously, as Deputy HR Director, she led talent management, employee engagement, and change management initiatives, particularly during ERP deployments and mergers and acquisitions. At Valeo, as HR Development & CSR Manager for an international scope of 18,000 employees, she structured global HR development, diversity, well-being, and continuous improvement programs.

Moukangala has a solid and versatile background in the banking and financial sector, with over 20 years of experience in middle-office operations, business analysis, and financial reference data management. He has developed deep expertise in managing client data, contracts, and financial instruments, as well as in automating and optimizing operational processes.
He has held positions as Business Analyst and Test Manager, overseeing reference data migration projects during banking business transfers and the deployment of central systems such as SimCorp Dimension and NeoXam DataHub. His responsibilities included designing test cases, supporting users, managing production incidents, and coordinating with technical teams.
Previously, he worked in OTC middle-office and collateral management at Société Générale, handling payments, margin calls, and account reconciliations, while managing teams and supervising critical processes. He also gained experience in bond valuation and portfolio management at State Street and Fortis Investment Management, as well as in application support for front-to-back derivatives systems.
His career is further complemented by accounting experience and managing complex financial reference data, combining rigor, technical skill, and operational insight.
